Oh yeah…I got my Pilates on tonight!
I started my workout at the gym tonight with three quick arm exercises (shoulder press, bicep curls, and tricep kickbacks). I thought I would supplement the pushups I’ve been doing for the Pipes Challenge and/or make my arms cry some more. Then I brought on the cardio with a step class and cooled and toned it down at Pilates. I love how Pilates can really make you feel your muscles working (and BURNING!), and at the same time make you feel super relaxed. I was completely zen afterwards. I haven’t practiced Pilates in awhile but I’m starting to think that I really need it in my life again. Makes me feel so good!
